2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Civil Review No. 185 of 2023.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Review No. 185 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Re: MJC No. 1977 of 2023.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that though the substantial amount under different heads of the retiral dues has been paid to the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.1977 of 2023(9) dt.10-04-2024 3/3 but the up-to-date interest has not been calculated, the petitioner has not been provided with the calculation chart and the representation of the petitioner has also not been considered and disposed of.

5. Considering the aforesaid information that the substantial amount of retiral dues under different heads has been paid to the petitioner, I am of the opinion that the Finance Officer and the Registrar of the University must ensure to make payment of the remaining amount after calculating the interest and dispose of the representation, which has been filed by the petitioner, which is still pending, so that the petitioner may get satisfied.

6. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
