In view of the subsequent development, whereby the Bihar Staff Selection Commission has invited objection for preparation of select list for filling up unfilled 2413 posts of Assistant Teachers out of 34540, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Bihar Staff Selection Commission to expedite finalization of the select list so that the step may be taken for appointment against the unfilled 2413 posts of Assistant
