JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears from the impugned order that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 19.05.2015 but I.O did not think it proper to arrange T.I.P of the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Fulwari P.S.Case No. 53 of 2015.
