The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the recommendation by all the authorities as stated in Annexure-2 series and despite fulfilling all the criteria, no final decision has yet been taken by the Licensing Authority for grant of PDS licence to the petitioner who claims to be Self Help Group. Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances, this writ application is being disposed of, without going into the merit of the case, with a direction to the SubDivisional Officer-cum-Licensing Authority, Maharajganj, Siwan to take a decision in the matter of the petitioner.
