====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 23-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the recommendation by all the authorities as stated in Annexure-2 series and despite fulfilling all the criteria, no final decision has yet been taken by the Licensing Authority for grant of PDS licence to the petitioner who claims to be Self Help Group. Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances, this writ application is being disposed of, without going into the merit of the case, with a direction to the SubDivisional Officer-cum-Licensing Authority, Maharajganj, Siwan to take a decision in the matter of the petitioner. It is expected that the entire exercise would be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before the SubDivisional Officer, Maharajganj, Siwan.
