The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended while the police raided the place on information that the petitioner and others were preparing for committing dacoity. From the possession of the petitioner, one country-made loaded pistol and six live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 28.09.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eight months and he has got no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the Bail Petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
