The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019 for the offences alleged under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 is the uncle and petitioner no. 2 is the aunt of the husband of the deceased.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that there is no specific allegation against thetse petitioners of any demand of dowry. He had also argued that the implication of these petitioners is because of their relationship

Considering the above submissions and nature of accusation in the first information report, this application is allowed.

The petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019 shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
