Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is pending at the level of the University for the last several years.
Considering the nature of the issue involved in the present writ application, no positive direction can be issued in favour of the petitioner. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to pursue the remedy by way of pressing his representation which is said to be pending before the University. Learned counsel further submits that in view of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.21745 of 2013(4) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 bifurcation of the Magadh University and creation of new Patliputra University, the petitioner should be granted liberty to file fresh representation addressed to the Vice-Chancellor, Patliputra University so that the University may take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation addressed to the Vice-Chancellor, Patliputra University who shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law at the earliest, preferably within a period of six month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
