The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act and Sections 21 & 22 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

About 30 litres of country made liquor and 30 grams of Ganja were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and, for that, the petitioner is in jail since 05.02.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Rohtas in Sasaram (Model) P.S.
