The present writ application has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.12.2015 passed in Stamp Case No. 24 of 2014 by Respondent No.5, the Assistant Director General of Registration, Munger Division, as contained in Annexure-1, whereby the petitioner has been directed to make payment of deficit stamp.

Accordingly, the present writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforementioned to the petitioner. If the petitioner files such appeal within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, along with an application for condonation of delay, the appellate authority will consider the same keeping in view the fact that the writ application was pending before this Court.
