In view of the fact that petitioners have cleared teachers training examination in very first attempt, the petitioners are entitled to the benefit of trained scale in view of

Patna High Court CWJC No.23157 of 2013(3) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 the policy decision of the State Government itself with effect from 1.10.2003.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to grant the benefit of trained scale from 01.10.2003 in terms of their own policy decision on passing training examination in first attempt. Necessary decision with consequential benefit must be extended to the petitioners within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
