The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim girl but the victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. disclosed that she voluntarily went along with the petitioner to Silliguri. The victim appears to be major as she disclosed her age to be 18 years in her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Atul Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014.
