JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.02.2015 on the accusation that five stolen mobiles are said to have been recovered from his conscious possession and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S.Case No. 41 of 2015.
