Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 420, 467 and 401/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Two number plates were recovered from a tempo which met an accident and in course of investigation, it came to light that the aforesaid tempo belongs to father of the petitioner. Furthermore, it is doubted by the police that the aforesaid tempo was being used in committing loot.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 28.1.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case no. 462/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
