2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Sections 143(1), 145, 98, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 of the Immortal Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

3. As per the FIR, it is alleged that the accused persons, including the petitioner, were running an orchestra wherein obscene programmes and immoral acts were forcefully performed by the victims.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48571 of 2025(4) dt.25-09-2025 2/3 petitioner is an innocent lady and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. Learned counsel further submitted that co-accused Vikash Singh is the only operator of Dhamaal Orchestra and this petitioner has no concern with the said orchestra. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2025 and has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner stating that several witnesses have supported the prosecution case and victims, who were recovered have also stated that co-accused Vikash Singh along with this petitioner run the orchestra where they are forced to perform obscene dance and immoral acts.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as also nature and gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is, hereby, rejected.

8. Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.

9. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to
