JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 02-08-2016 Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the State. A counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 4 is filed.

The writ application prays for a direction commanding the respondent(s) to make measurement of the land of the petitioner, details whereof are stated in paragraph 1 of the writ petition.

In the counter affidavit, it has been stated that a proceeding for demarcation was levied before the DCLR under the provisions of Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act (for short "The Act") wherein an order has been passed inasmuch as demarcation of the land has also been made. If the petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.2522 of 2014 (2) dt.02-08-2016 2/2 dissatisfied with the actual execution of the order passed by the DCLR, he has still remedy to approach the same authority/court under Section 15 of the Act.
