The petitioner seeks his bail in Mahila P.S.Case No.03 of 2015 registered under Sections 376, 406, 420 IPC and section 66A and 66 of the I.T.Act.

It is stated that the informant is a married lady and got a child. The informant is a singer in a Bar and the petitioner was also performing in the same Bar. Some intimacy developed between them and the informant started living with the petitioner in live-in relation. The informant alleged that on the pretext of marriage and taking care of her, the petitioner took hefty money but later on, refused to marry with the informant. It is submitted that the informant made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and disclosed a different story stating that she wanted to marry with the petitioner. On the other hand, Mr. Khursheed Alam, learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner took money from the informant. There was reconciliation but the petitioner did not

Be that as it may, the petitioner has a married a lady and she voluntarily lived with the petitioner in live-in relation. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjit Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 03 of 2015.
