Patna High Court CWJC No.24606 of 2013(4) dt.30-10-2018 2/2 Petitioner has filed this writ application for direction to the respondents to regularized the services of the petitioner after quashing the order contained in memo No.B/1789-91 dated 7.3.2011 and for payment of salary for the period the petitioner has actually worked. So far the direction for regularization is concerned and quashing of memo No.B/1789-91 dated 7.3.2011 is concerned the Court does not find the present is a fit case for granting indulgence. However, the grievance with regard to payment of salary for the period the petitioner has actually worked is concerned, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the University to take appropriate decision after verification of record for payment of salary for the period petitioner has actually worked.

The University is expected to decide the claim of the petitioner and ensure payment of salary for the period petitioner has actually worked within a period of four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
