The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 498A, 323, 379 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the son-in-law of the informant and is alleged to have assaulted father-in-law and mother-in-law and threatened them to execute the sale deed in his favour. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 19.9.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S.Case No.351 of 2014.
