The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No.118 of 2020 instituted under Sections 341,323,307,504,506,34,325 IPC.
As per the FIR, the informant alleged that after meeting his elder brother as he was coming through the canal and as the light of his torch fell on the present petitioner, the informant was abused and later along with his family members the accused assaulted the husband of the informant with further allegation against the petitioner that he picked up a brick and smashed it on the face of the informant's husband as a result whereof his face and nose were broken.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is

As per the observation of the learned Sessions Judge, the injury on the informant's husband has been found to be grievous in nature.
Taking into account the fact that the injury inflicted by the petitioner herein have been found to be grievous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant him relief, which is accordingly rejected.
