2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the application, petitioner nos. 1 & 3, namely, Mohan Yati and Keshav Kumar Yati @ Keshav Yati have been arrested. So the bail application with respect to petitioner nos. 1 & 3, namely, Mohan Yati and Keshav Kumar Yati @ Keshav Yati has become infructuous. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this application with respect to petitioner nos. 1 & 3.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner nos. 1 & 3, namely, Mohan Yati and Keshav Kumar Yati @ Keshav Yati respectively.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with respect to petitioner no.2, namely, Pavan Kumar Yati @ Pawan yati with a liberty to file fresh application.

6. Permission is granted.

7. Accordingly, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner no.2, namely, Pavan Kumar Yati @ Pawan yati with the aforesaid liberty.
