The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 356/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant along with his son while were going to his house four miscreants intercepted them and snatched a mobile from the informant and gave it to the other miscreants who fled away but one of them, namely, Sonu Kumar was apprehended and disclosed the name of this petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has not been apprehended at

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Arvind Kumar Singh, J.M. 1st Class, Patna/the court concerned in connection with Kankarbagh PS Case No. 82/2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.PC.
