2. The husband of the petitioner had retired from the post of police constable and died in harness on 06.04.1999.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, has not taken any steps with respect to giving benefits of the Sixth and Seventh Pay Revision, to which husband of the petitioner was entitled for. The petitioner is also aggrieved for non-payment of GPF payable to her husband.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13739 of 2023(2) dt.04-10-2023 2/2 Learned counsel submits that petitioner seeks permission to file a detailed representation before the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur for redressal of her grievances as prayed for in the present writ petition.

4. The Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to take steps to ensure payment by Revising the Pension, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. The deceased employee was paid Provided Fund due, to which the wife of late Samendar Sawiya is entitled. The District Provident Fund Officer, Muzaffarpur is directed to call for deduction statements from all the places of posting of late Samendar Sawiya and must ensure to make payment to the petitioner along with statutory interest at the rate of 12.5% from the date of last contribution made by deceased till the date of payment.

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
