ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-04-2016 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 8.2.2016 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in Criminal Appeal No.40 of 2014, by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioners passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Muzaffarpur in G.R. No.1761 of 2009/ Criminal Trial No.1788 of 2014 by judgment dated 4.6.2014. Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any reason for interference. However, considering the period of custody of the Petitioners, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by them.
