The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the daughter of informant by means of sword, due to which she sustained head injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has

Both parties are agnates and in the background of land dispute, the present case has been filed with false and concocted allegations. From perusal of the injury report, it is evident that injury sustained by the injured, Ruchi Kumari is caused by hard and blunt substance and doctor has opined the injury as simple in nature. Injury report is not in consonance with the prosecution version of the case. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 25.04.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for Bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 114 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
