The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Dropdi Devi alleged that her husband Ramdeo Sada had gone to Welfare Office but did not return. The informant suspected that on account of enmity the petitioner and others might have killed her husband. The police, after investigation, submitted charge sheet under Section 364 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code but it appears that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. Nobody has seen the petitioner taking the husband of the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18721 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge 2nd, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 22 of 2012, corresponding to S.T. No. 72 of 2015.
