Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the informant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered in connection with Bhadaur P.S.Case No. 59 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation that this petitioner had inflicted several chura blow over the neck, chest and stomach of the deceased resulting into his immediate death on the spot. Further the injuries were also corroborated by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58791 of 2021(2) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 post mortem report.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at present in connection with Session trial no. 369 of 2021 arising out of Bhadaur P.S.Case No. 59 of 2020 and on such prayer of the petitioner stands rejected. It is expected that the trial court will take necessary steps to conclude the trial of the petitioner expeditiously as early as possible.
