Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report on the ground that they were last seen with the deceased prior to recovery of the dead body of the deceased.

Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased nor any bloodstain was found on the place of occurrence. The investigation against the petitioners has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
