This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.03.2021 passed in Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 664 of 2020, whereby the petitioner/appellant has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the time granted to the petitioner/appellant to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bonds by order dated 05.03.2021 passed in Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 664 of 2020, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
