2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 1057 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act and Section 20(ii)(b) and 22 of NDPS Act and 30(a) of Bihar prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of recovery of one country made pistol along with one k.g ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.05.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 17724 of 2024 with observation to the Trial Court to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51018 of 2025(2) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 conclude the trial within one year but trial has not been concluded within one year. Petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2023.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the materials available on record, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra in Sonepur in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 1057 of 2023 (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Sunnykr/- U
