JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and some others are said to have got job on contract basis by producing forged certificates but the aforesaid fact was detected in course of verification of the documents. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has already resigned from the concerned job and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, several coaccused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.02.2016

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10926 of 2016 (2) dt.09-03-2016 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51840 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar(T) P.S. Case No. 399 of 2015.
