JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i)For commanding the respondents to restrain the anti-social element from encroaching the land of the petitioner forcefully by filling it up and making pavement for their exclusive use, without having any authority of law for the same.

(ii)Also for commanding the respondents to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner dated 29.7.2013 by passing a reasoned order and taking appropriate action under the same."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other
