2. The present application is filed for review of the order dated 26.07.2017 passed by the Hon'ble Justice Prabhat Kumar Jha in C.W.J.C. No. 4013 of 2014 (order impugned) to the extent of error of records whereby the Hon'ble Court has mistakenly observed and held that the petitioner's
Patna High Court C. REV. No.223 of 2019(3) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 husband is working on the post of Dalpati, instead of Pvt. Respondent No. 7 whose husband is working as Dalpati in the Panchayat.
3. It is the contention of the petitioner that her husband was never a "Dalpati" which has been wrongly recorded and after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be approaching the respondent concerned with the appropriate certificates of the local bodies in support of her case.
4. Learned counsel for the State submits that reasoned order is there.
5. Now, if there is any change, the petitioner always has the right to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
6. Without commenting on the merit of the case, granting liberty to the petitioner as recorded aforesaid, this review petition stands disposed of.
