The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.201 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the informant Arti Kumari used to do the work of Maid in the house of the petitioner no.1 Priya Kant, who used to do the job of Computer Engineer at Bangalore and his wife, the petitioner no.2 Rakhi Kant, is house wife. The petitioner no.1 sometimes used to take the informant at Bangalore and sometimes used to keep her with his wife (petitioner no.2).

No.60563 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/3 The petitioner no.1 used to cause assault to the informant at Bangalore and occasionally he used to misbehave with her and tried to outrage her modesty. When the informant used to make protest, the petitioner no.1 used to cause assault to her and torture her mentally and also made allegation against her about committing theft. When the informant used to reside with the petitioner no.2, the wife of the petitioner no.1, she also caused assault to her and threatened her to take her bad photographs and post the same in case she would make protest. The petitioner no.3 Vivek Kumar, the nephew of the petitioner nos.1 and 2, also used to cause assault to the informant and give threatening to take her bad photographs and post the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, the mother of the informant used to do the work of maid at the house of the petitioners. On making complaint about the character of the informant by the petitioners to her mother, the informant has lodged this case with false allegation. Moreover, the informant has also filed compromise petition on 09.12.2017 in the court of Shri Sushant Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Patna City, Patna.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60563 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 3/3 or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.201 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
