This is repeat application seeking regular bail in Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2010 (S.Tr. No. 99/14), registered punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. His prayer for bail was earlier considered and rejected on 19.05.2015 (Annexure-1), giving her liberty to renew for bail in the court below itself, if all prosecution are not examined within nine months. The petitioner instead of filing application in court below where the trial is pending has directly approached this Court for bail.

The Court is not inclined to entertain the application. The prayer is rejected.
