JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-05-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order contained in memo no. 202(go) dated 27.04.2007 issued by the Sub Divisional Officer, Paliganj, Patna by which the petitioner's shop under PDS bearing Licence No. 12/1997 has been suspended.

2. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Sumeet Kumar Singh seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to represent before the concerned authority for redressal of his grievances.

3. In view of the aforesaid prayer, permission is accorded and the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn and dismissed as such, with the liberty aforesaid.
