This application for anticipatory bail is in connection with Excise Case No. 1130 of 2020, for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The petitioner is a lady and there is an agreement for sale of vehicle which is a commercial vehicle. Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58309 of 2021(2) dt.17-12-2021 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Aurangabad in connection with Excise Case No. 1130 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
