The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304(B) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The deceased was married with Sanjeet Sahni. The informant made allegation that Sanjeet Sahni was asking his daughter to bring money from her parents for purchasing a tractor. It is submitted that the informant did not make any allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is the mother-in-law and she is in jail since 23.11.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
