JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-08-2016 Heard Mr. Brajesh Kumar, for the petitioner and Mr. Kumar Alok, S.C 7 for the State On the basis of pleadings made in the writ petition this Court does not find any merit in the challenge to the notice issued by the State Government and published on 21.5.2012 wherein the added schools or the institutions were required to appoint a Public Information Officer under the Right to Information Act 2005. Mr. Kumar has fairly stated that the Court in such matter has ruled against the petitioner.
