Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One six rounder country made pistol containing one live cartridge is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 27.11.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Runnisaidpur P.S.
