The petitioner has filed this civil miscellaneous petition for a direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna for disposal of Matrimonial Divorce Case No.405 of 2013 as expeditiously as may be possible since the matrimonial suit is pending for last five years. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is still going on for the evidence of the petitioner. Having considered the facts aforesaid, I direct the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to expedite the hearing of Matrimonial Divorce Case No.405 of 2013 and dispose of the same preferably within one year from the date of receipt of this order.
