The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 13/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/467/468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that petitioner is a witness upon the sale-deed, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

No.58119 of 2021(2) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 13/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
