The petitioner made second attempt for grant of bail in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he stabbed to death the father of the informant. It is submitted that all witnesses have been examined except the doctor and the I.O. Having considered the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within three months from the date of receipt of this order.
