Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.11.2015 on the accusation that one country made pistol and two cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Majorganj (Suppi) P.S. Case no. 280/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
