The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Digha P.S. case no. 480 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 341, 354, 504, 448, 379 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the alleged incident took place on 09.12.2017, but the F.I.R. was lodged on 13.12.2017 i.e. after four days. Learned counsel with reference to para 6 and 7 of the petition has submitted that the petitioner is a meritorious student and he got gold medal in sports activities.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25290 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Digha P.S. case no. 480 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
