It has been correctly pointed out by Mr. Binod Kumar
Patna High Court LPA No.453 of 2016 (7) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 Sinha, learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of the appellant, that the order, dated 16.03.2016, passed in LPA No.473 of 2016, has incorrectly been recorded in LPA No.453 of 2016, and similarly the order, dated 16.03.2016, passed in LPA No.453 of 2016 has wrongly been recorded in LPA No.473 of 2016.
To the submissions so made, no objection has been raised on behalf of the respondents.
Considering, therefore, the matter in its entirety and in the interest of justice, it is hereby directed that the order, dated 16.03.2016, passed in LPA No.473 of 2016, shall henceforth be read as the order, passed in LPA No.453 of 2016, and similarly, the order, passed on 16.03.2016, in LPA No.453 of 2016, shall henceforth be read as the order in LPA No.473 of 20116. It is further directed that in the order, dated 16.03.2016, passed in LPA No.453 of 2016, the expression "respondent No.2, namely, the Vice-Chancellor", shall stand corrected and be henceforth read as "Chancellor". It is also directed that in the order, dated 16.03.2016, passed in LPA No.473 of 2016, the expression "C.W.J.C. No.15519 of 2015", shall stand corrected and be henceforth read as "C.W.J.C. No.18338 of 2015".
