The petitioner seeks bail in Khaira P.S. Case no. 50 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 435, 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act and different Sections of UAP Act. The Naxalites exploded Block office and also burnt tower and trucks after tying hands and legs of driver and Khalasi of the truck.

It is alleged that 56 named accused and many other unknown persons had committed the offence. The petitioner was not present on the spot. The case of the petitioner stands on the same as that of Rakesh Das, Naresh Das and others who have

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S.
