Petitioner is said to have been caught by the informant when he was stealing the motorcycle of the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there was some dispute with the informant and petitioner on the point of payment of due wages and for the aforesaid due wages, the informant got implicated the petitioner in the present case. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 26.10.2015.
