The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections-498(A), 363/376(D) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application. This is the second anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner.

I do not find fresh ground for reconsidering the case of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 594 of 2017 is rejected.
