Petitioner seeks bail in Obra P.S.Case No.69 of 2014 registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 IPC.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased Amrita Devi, who was married in the year 2012. The informant alleged that the petitioner and other burnt Amrita Devi and her minor child to death. It is submitted that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. The villagers have stated that they accidentally burnt and thereafter the dead body was buried.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband and within two years of his marriage, he is alleged to have burnt his wife and minor daughter, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) ahk/- U
