Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-B)A/26(ii) of the Arms Act.

One loaded country-made pistol, containing four live cartridges, is said to have been recovered from beneath the bed of the petitioner but admittedly, the petitioner was not caught on the place of occurrence.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of four cases but he is languishing in jail custody since 22-12-2015. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, particularly, keeping in mind that the alleged recovery has not been made from conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner named
